Article 1 (Registrant)
1. “Registrant” means a person who is interested in employment with Blue Sky Technology Inc. and has provided the personal information (as defined in Article 4) and other required information (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Registrant Information”) as defined by the Company.
2. By submitting information, the registrant is deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Article 2 (Prohibited Acts of Registrants)
In providing the Registrant’s information, the Registrant shall not engage in any of the following acts
1. providing false information
2. infringing on the rights of other registrants or third parties (e.g., copyrights, portrait rights, privacy rights)
3. acts that discriminate, slander, or violate human rights
4. Acts for the purpose of political, electoral, or religious activities
5. any action that may interfere with or disadvantage our recruitment activities
6. other acts that are against laws, ordinances, public order and morals

Article 3 (Handling of Registrant Information)
1. the registrant agrees that the information provided will be edited by the Company in a format that does not identify the individual and will be used as basic data for recruitment activities.
2. We may use the registrant’s information in general recruitment activities and may contact the registrant directly as necessary.

Article 4 (Acquisition of Personal Information and Purpose of Use, etc.)
1. we obtain and properly manage the following personal information
Name, address, telephone number, e-mail address
Educational background, employment history, qualifications, and other information necessary for employment
2. Personal information collected will be used for the following purposes
(1) Provision of recruitment-related information (job offers, selection information, information on information sessions, etc.)
(2) Management of interviews and information sessions
(3) Conducting employment selection and notification of acceptance or rejection
(4) Post-employment procedures and assignment considerations
(5) Preparation of statistical data for analysis and improvement of recruitment activities
3. We will not disclose personal information to third parties without the registrant’s consent. However, exceptions are made in the following cases
(1) When there is a request for disclosure based on laws and regulations
(2) When there is a legitimate request from a public institution
(3) When the registrant’s consent is obtained
(4) With the exception of successful applicants, we will retain personal information for one year from the date of registration, after which it will be deleted by appropriate means.

Article 5 (Liability of the Company)
1. we will take appropriate measures to manage registrant information; however, in the event of a leakage of information due to force majeure, we will not be held responsible unless we are found to be negligent.
2. In the event that we are liable, the scope of our liability shall be limited to direct and ordinary damages.

Article 6 (Modification of Terms and Conditions)
1. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
2. Any changes will be posted on the Company’s recruitment page for a period of one month, after which all registrants will be deemed to have accepted the changes.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
2. The Yokohama District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any disputes related to these Terms and Conditions.

Article 8 (Use of Cookies, etc.)
1. We may collect cookies and access logs to improve the convenience and security of our website.
2. The information collected will be managed in a non-personally identifiable form and will be used for site operation and analysis purposes.
